I work from Jakarta on UTC+7. That gives a clean overlap with Sydney and Singapore mornings, the entire European working day, and a useful four-hour window with US Pacific in the morning. Async-first, with two fixed synchronous slots a week reserved for live design review.
Tooling is boring on purpose. Figma for design, Linear for tickets, GitHub for design tokens, Notion or your wiki for documentation. I write handoffs the way an engineer writes a pull request — small, self-contained, reviewable.
